The Pecorino Superiore la canaglia, is a full body white with high minerality and freshness. Long lasting citrus notes of grapefruit, sage and white flowers. It will surprise your mouth with a pleasant flavor of almond. This vineyard is spiteful because, despite our attention, has a very low yield, as it didnt want to put much effort to produce more grapes.
