Il maintient la stabilité de viscosité et la qualité de lubrification entre deux vidanges, réduit l'usure de friction, la consommation d'huile et de carburant, les fumées bleues et la pollution, pour des performances et une longévité accrues de votre moteur. Certains stoppent les fuites et rétablissent la compression en restaurant les joints vieillis, ou dissolvent les résidus. En curatif ou préventif, les additifs huile pour votre moteur à 4 temps sont compatibles tous carburants et toutes huiles minérales ou synthétiques., quand changer : Si votre moteur n'est plus de toute première jeunesse, consomme un peu trop d'huile qui par ailleurs a tendance à suinter au niveau des joints d'étanchéité, si vos fumées d'échappement sont excessives et bleutées, un traitement via un additif huile adapté sera l'occasion d'une cure de jouvence. Enfin, elle capture les particules de limaille dues à l'érosion des pièces et en ralentit l'usure, en entretenant la propreté de l'ensemble du bloc moteur. Elle achemine ces éléments néfastes jusqu'au filtre à huile. Son indice de viscosité, à froid et à chaud (ex : 15W40), détermine sa fluidité. Il varie selon les caractéristiques des moteurs et la nature de leur carburant, diesel ou essence., quand changer : Le kilométrage entre deux vidanges (en général 10000 à 30000 km) et la périodicité maximum (1 à 2 ans) figurent dans le carnet d'entretien de votre véhicule. LIQUI MOLY Additif Circuit de Refroidissement (Ref : 21522) pièce neuve d'origine. Conditionnement : Flacon, Fonction principale : Nettoyant Radiateur, marque : LIQUI MOLY, avec consigne : non, but du produit : L'additif refroidissement se mélange au liquide de refroidissement à dosage requis. Il y en a deux types : le nettoyant/détartrant et l'anti-fuites. Le premier a pour fonction de décoller et dissoudre les dépôts de tartre, rouille et boue dans le radiateur et les autres éléments du circuit pour rétablir un bon échange thermique et éviter les surchauffes. Après traitement, il est recommandé de vidanger le circuit pour évacuation complète des résidus. L'anti-fuites a pour but de colmater les fuites par dispersion de particules métalliques et de protéger le circuit de la corrosion. Il ne requiert aucune purge., quand changer : Un additif refroidissement anti-fuites peut être utilisé régulièrement, en prévention, pour empêcher l'entartrage et la corrosion du circuit. Dès lors que vous constatez une fuite (même un simple suintement) un traitement curatif jugulera le phénomène et empêchera son aggravation. L'usage d'un additif détartrant/nettoyant s'impose en cas de tendance chronique à la surchauffe. Il est également conseillé en préalable d'une vidange périodique de votre circuit de refroidissement., pourquoi changer : L'encrassement du circuit de refroidissement provoque des surchauffes sporadiques ou chroniques du moteur (avec dégazages intempestifs au niveau du bouchon de sécurité du radiateur ou du vase d'expansion, qui aggravent le phénomène). Les conséquences d'une fuite de liquide sont les mêmes : surchauffe et risque de casse. Un additif refroidissement adapté nettoiera votre radiateur et le reste du circuit, ou colmatera les fuites, pour des performances d'échange thermique retrouvées.
